We have been informed by our insurance provider that all non members attending any JCA event must sign a waiver before participating. The registration slip that you fill out is now a little larger and contains a release agreement, you will have to legibly write your name and then sign and date it. Youth, cub and Peewee will need a parent/guardians signature to participate. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and if that adult does not have legal authority to sign the release then the child must have a Pre Registration slip signed by a parent/guardian.
