Standard Operating Procedures for the Johnson County Archers Website and affiliated services.
Section 1)
i.Definitions:  JCA - Johnson County Archers.  The Webmaster, We, Us, I, Our refers to Dan Heitzman.  The site is the web site itself and all affiliated material.
ii.The JCA web site is operated by JCA member Dan Heitzman.  The web site is hosted by Homestead.com.  The service is initially paid for by Mr. Heitzman who is then reimbursed by the JCA.
iii.The Standard Operating Procedures contained herein refer to the JCA web site and affiliated material maintained by Mr. Heitzman.  They do not apply in whole or in part to the rest of the JCA.
iv.A list of E-mail addresses of both members and non-members is maintained by the Webmaster.  The list is compiled from applications and registrations.  It is assumed that by providing the JCA with an e-mail address that the person wishes the Webmaster to contact them with archery/club news.  We will remove an e-mail address at the owner's request.  It is not our responsibility to assure that e-mail addresses provided to us are correct.  E-mail that is undeliverable will result in that e-mail address being removed from our list.  Before permanently adding an e-mail address to the list a confirmation e-mail will be sent to assure that the owner wishes to be on our mailing list. 
v.The Webmaster cannot guaranty the accuracy of information posted on the site.  All attempts to assure accuracy will be taken.  Information provided to us for publication on the site will be published as is.  It is left to the Webmaster's decision as to whether submitted materials will be published.
vi.Photographs submitted to the JCA or the site become property of the JCA.  The person submitting the photograph agrees to allow the site to reproduce, publish, crop (cut out a portion) or manipulate the picture.  The image on a picture will not be altered to represent a false image without the submitters consent.
vii.The websites content is decided on by the Webmaster.  The Webmaster will add/remove any material that the Board of Directors requests.  The membership may request material to be added or removed.  If a sufficient number of members request a certain action the Webmaster will, if able, comply.
viii.Any obscene or vulgar material posted will be removed.  Misuse or abuse of the services provided by the Webmaster will not be tolerated.
ix.Harassment of the Webmaster will not be tolerated.  Any harassment will be immediately reported to the Board of Directors and appropriate action shall be taken.
x.The Directors E-mail addresses are provided for the members convenience.  They are the personal accounts of their respective owners and not under the control of the JCA. 
xi.These are guidelines only, and are not binding in anyway.  The webmaster may deviate from them at anytime for any reason. 


Ammendments;

1)  Scores will no longer be posted on the website, or in any other publication of the Club.  Awards will no longer be awarded.
